We do not offer refunds. However, we offer exchanges with tags on, un-worn within 7 days of our customer receiving the item. If the item of your choice doesn’t fit, please let me know as soon as possible. We are unable to hold items for our customers. E&O Apparel is a family owned company and we have limited quantity. Due to this fact, we may not be able to exchange your item for the exact same item. However, if that happens, we will exchange it for an item of equal value.
