Return Policy/Start Your Exchange Process
- Our items are thoroughly inspected before processing your order. We will NOT allow a return, exchange, or store credit for a damaged item.
- Under no circumstances will we accept a return with tags removed, an item worn, or returned to us with foul smells.
- Exchanges may be issued on the same item if it is available. If the item is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
- Clearance/sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or credits.
- Contest and giveaway items are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, or credits.
- Shipping on returns is the buyer’s responsibility.
- All returns must be approved by E&O Apparel staff within the first 5 days of receiving your item. Please use the contact form on the right (if you’re on mobile, scroll down) to start your exchange process. List your name and email, and use the info below to fill in the comment section of the box:
