Return Policy/Start Your Exchange Process

NOTICE – Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at ANY time during this period. All sales are final. We run this business out of our home and do not want to risk exposure to our children or family. Thank you for understanding. This will not be permanent (Lord willing).

  • Our items are thoroughly inspected before processing your order. We will NOT allow a return, exchange, or store credit for a damaged item.
  • Under no circumstances will we accept a return with tags removed, an item worn, or returned to us with foul smells.
  • Exchanges may be issued on the same item if it is available. If the item is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
  • Clearance/sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or credits.
  • Contest and giveaway items are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, or credits.
  • Shipping on returns is the buyer’s responsibility.
  • All returns must be approved by E&O Apparel staff within the first 5 days of receiving your item.
